She was born on November 2, 1946 in Sharon, PA to Harry and Florence (Fleet) Auchter.
Linda graduated from Hickory High School in 1954 and was a secretary for Sawhill Tubular, Cooper Jarret and the Winner. Then she was a custodian for Hermitage School District.
Linda is survived by her brother, Dennis (Phyllis) Auchter, her nieces, Sheri (Douglas) Barlett, Amy (Chuck) Chrispen and her nephews, Larry (Sandy) Auchter and Eric (Stacy) Auchter. Also surviving are, her best friend, Judy Cummerick Braho, great nieces and great nephews and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother, William Auchter, and her husband; Kenny Flaherty, whom she married August 12, 1972 and he passed away April 18, 2009.
