Pawtucket – Linda Marie (Bois) Hebert, R.N., 80, passed into eternal life on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at Evergreen House in East Providence. She was the loving wife of Richard L. Hebert for forty-eight years. Born on September 29, 1944, in El Paso, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Raymond L., Sr. and Mary (Sbarbati) Bois. Linda graduated from Woonsocket High School, obtained her nursing diploma from Roger Williams Hospital School of Nursing and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Salve Regina University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She was employed for many years at Roger Williams Hospital and Miriam Hospital. Her experience as a Private Duty Nurse included seven years of caring for multi-handicapped young children at her home and theirs. Linda always found great fulfilment in listening to people and encouraging them, often in writing. She enjoyed some long and loyal friendships that began in her nursing profession or at her church. Linda is survived by her husband of forty-eight years, Richard; a brother, Raymond L. Bois, Jr. and his wife, Susan; a niece, Andrea Puerini and a nephew, Raymond A. Bois and his wife, Beatrice. She was the great-aunt of Eden and Alessandra Puerini and Christopher Bois, and many cherished cousins. VISITATION will be held on Tuesday, September 9th from 10 a.m. to Noon at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by Services at 12:30 p.m. at Crossroads International Church, 1052 Newport Ave., South Attleboro.
