Linda was a caretaker and a homemaker. She enjoyed cooking and fishing.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Peggy Pennington and Judy Reynolds.
She is survived by her husband, Stanley G. "George" Hickerson; sons, Daniel and Dougie Chinn; a daughter, Summer Chinn; brothers, Larry Pennington (Carla), Jeff Pennington, and Charles Pennington Jr.; sister, Debbie Chinn (Jerry) and grandchildren, Tyler, Peyton, Logan, Damien, Ely, Isabella, Zayne, Karma, and Benjamin.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana. Cremation will follow the services.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until time of the service at 3:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
Bro. Bruce Hawkins will officiate the service.
Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana is entrusted with the arrangements.
