Linda and I became friends while she lived in Hayesville and worked at the courthouse. I always felt like she was one of those people thatI had known forever. I loved that she always smiled and looked on the bright side of things, even when things may not have been that way. She was tough but a softie! She had a heart of gold. I can honestly say that she seemed at peace when we talked recently, she knew where she was going and that she would see her family and friends again someday. Till that day Linda, I love you and am honored to have been your friend. Lynn Cantrell
