Linda A. Mannella, 62, passed away Friday, August 9, 2024, at home surrounded by family after a yearlong battle with cancer.
Linda was born in Warren to Robert N. Miller Sr. and Amelia "Mena" Altobelli Miller on December 18, 1961.
Linda was a lifelong resident of Niles and deeply loved by her family and friends. Linda was a graduate of Niles McKinley High School class of 1980. She was a member of The National Honor Society, Student Council and a member of the Italian Language Club. During high school Linda worked in retail sales for Carlisle's Department Store. After graduating high school, Linda enrolled in a computer programing course at ATI Technical School and secured a job at Delphi Packard in Warren in the engineering department where she worked until 1990.
Linda married Christopher Mannella on July 14, 1984, and concentrated her efforts on being a homemaker. Linda and her husband are members of St. Rose Catholic Church in Girard, Ohio. Linda was a loving and devoted mother to her only child, a son, Christopher Mannella Jr. Linda enjoyed watching her son play sports through the years and especially in high school. Linda had volunteered and took an active role in Parent Teacher organizations while her son attended parochial school in Trumbull County. Linda had worked in the food services for Warren JFK lower campus from 2007 until her retirement in 2017.
Linda was known for her love of baking and creating cookie trays each year for Christmas to give to her family and friends. Linda was an avid Notre Dame fan and attended numerous football games throughout the years.
Linda was preceded in death by her father Robert N. Miller Sr. December 2013 and her brother, Robert N. Miller Jr. January 1991. Linda will be deeply missed by her husband of 40 years, Christopher Sr.; and her son Christopher Jr.; her mother; a sister Jolene and Brian Morello of Niles. She will also be deeply missed by many nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles and cousins.
Linda will always be remembered for her selfless service and willingness to help others.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m., Friday, August16, 2024, at St. Rose Catholic Church in Girard. There is no procession from the funeral home, family and friends are kindly asked to go directly to the church.
Calling hours will be held Thursday, August 15 from 5 until 7 p.m. at the Holloway Williams Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 611 Robbins Ave., Niles, Ohio. 330-652-2422
Inurnment will be at Niles City Cemetery.

I miss you so much aunt Linda I know you are at peace and with our loved ones who went before us, but selfishly I wish you were still here with us. I hope your dancing in the sky. I hope your watching over all of us and are with us in all we do because I carry you in my heart. Wherever I go. I love you so very deeply.
