Linda Louise Mellenbruch, 68, of Inman, KS, passed away Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Hospice House, Hutchinson, KS.
Linda was born in Colby, KS on March 15, 1957, the daughter Otis Joseph and Marie Suzan (Richards) Belisle.
Linda attended Colby Grade School and graduated from McPherson High School in 1975.
Through the years, Linda worked as a waitress in many places like her brother's restaurant Mr. B's, Miss Piggy's, Ponchos and the Pear Tree Restaurant.
Linda enjoyed cooking, sewing, country cruising, loved sharing frozen blueberries and ice with the grandkids and spending time with her friends and family.
Linda was united in marriage to Roger Davidson on November 20, 1976. This union was blessed with the birth of three daughters, Ashley, Kara and Justi. Linda married David Mellenbruch on December 26, 2001 at Hutchinson, Kansas. They established their first home together in McPherson.
She is survived by her daughters, Ashley (Tim) Smith of McPherson, KS, Kara (Casey) McConnaughy of Inman, KS and Justi (Katie) Clemmons of Lindsborg, KS; sister, Loretta Gross of Wichita, KS; brothers, Bob (Randy) Belisle of Arkansas and Jerry (Kim) Belisle of Illinois; and 11 grandchildren, Courtney, Amelia, Owen, Michael, Madeline, Javon, Layson, Kenna, Riley, Ayla and Kaysen and many nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, her ex husband, Roger; her husband, Dave; sisters, Ramona and Emily, and her brother, Curt.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Thursday, July 10, 2025 at Glidden-Ediger-Wiggins Chapel, McPherson. Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 11 at Glidden-Ediger-Wiggins Chapel.
Cremation will follow and inurnment will be in McPherson Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Linda Mellenbruch Memorial Fund and they can be sent to Glidden-Ediger-Wiggins Funeral Home, 222 W. Euclid St., McPherson, KS 67460.
