Linda Molnar

Linda F. Molnar, 77, of Cromwell, CT passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, November 9, 2025. She was predeceased by parents Josephine and Aloysius Fedukowski of East Hartford and sister Carole Molnar of Myrtle Beach, SC. She was employed by UTC Research Center as an engineering assistant, interacting with many scientists and engineers.
In her free time, she became an amazing, talented cake decorator creating extremely beautiful wedding cakes (including her own) and colorful needlepoint artwork. As a home chef, her cookie recipe was honored as "best in show" at a recent Durham Fair exhibit. Linda's pride and joy was her beautiful yard filled with flowers of all varieties and colors.
She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Joseph Molnar; two daughters and their husbands Alison and Jim Collins, and Laura and Bob Catino, both of Newington, CT; her four treasured grandchildren Aidan and Madison Collins and Joey and Alexandra Catino; sister Christine Fedukowski of Pasadena, CA, and brother-in-law Louis Molnar of Myrtle Beach, SC.
Her legacy will live on through generations as she is in all of us. She will be deeply, deeply missed by all. As one of her favorite vocal artists Josh Groban sang, "I let you go, I let you fly." Fly free, Linda, and give us lots of signs in nature. We love you forever so much, so much.
Calling hours will be held Thursday, November 20, 2025 from 6:00-8:00pm at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 580 Elm St., Rocky Hill, CT. Church Services will be held at 11:30am on Friday, November 21, 2025 at Church of the Incarnation of Christ the King Parish, 544 Prospect St., Wethersfield, CT.
