Linda Ann (Johnston) Mullen (1951-2024)
Linda, a devoted wife to Robert Michael Mullen Sr., passed away peacefully on July 2, 2024. Up until the end, she maintained her kindness, grace, compassion, appreciation, and love of family and friends.
Linda was born in Alice, Texas to Velatus Johnston and Maureen Moore. She grew up in Alice where she graduated high school in 1969.
She is preceded in death by her father Velatus Johnston and mother Maureen Moore, three brothers Johnny Royce Johnston, Thomas Dale Johnston, and Waller Raye Johnston, one sister Rena Faye Johnston, two daughters Dawn Marie Mullen and Lura Sue Jarrell.
She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years Robert Michael Mullen Sr., one sister Lura Lou Briscoe of Three Rivers, Texas, one brother Elvis (Brenda) Johnston of Hallettsville, Texas, four sons Jimmy (Rose) Jarrell of Corpus Christi, Texas, Todd (Nora) Jarrell of San Antonio, Texas, Bobby (Devon) Mullen of Alice, Texas and Bryan Mullen of San Antonio, Texas, one daughter Michelle (Kevin) Woodman of Conroe, Texas, 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Private services will be held at a later date.

Met Linda when I moved to Alice to live with my brother and sister in law. Wonderful and sweet person. I just found out today of her passing. Prayers for her and her family.
