Linda G. (Reeves) Neumayer, age 69, resident of Lancaster, passed away after a 7-year battle with cancer on September 25, 2025. She was born in Boston, raised in Braintree and graduated from Braintree High School in 1974. A retired Senior Director of Operations for BAE systems. She was employed there for 12 years, previously employed at Big Band Networks, and Tellium, Inc. A lover of lake life, Jim and Linda built their dream retirement home where they made cherished memories, often hosting family and friends. An avid puzzler, Linda enjoyed watching the Patriots and Bruins with her husband Jim. She loved spending time with her son Jay, Lauren, Weston and Willa. Linda was talented on guitar and recently began recording songs to share with her family. She was an avid reader and loved crocheting. Linda is survived by her husband James Russell of Lancaster, MA, her son Jason Coville & his wife Lauren of Dover, her grandchildren Weston and Willa, brother Brian Reeves and his wife Pamela of Abington, brother Glen Reeves and his wife Lynda of Fairhaven, sister Leslie and her husband Robert Harnais of Braintree and her late sister Rene Reeves. Linda was a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Memorial visiting hours at the Clancy-Lucid Funeral Home, 100 Washington St. Weymouth Landing on Saturday October 11 from 3 until 6 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Memorial contributions may be made in Linda's name in support of ovarian cancer to Dana Farber Cancer Research Institute, 450 Brookline Ave. Boston MA 02215
