Linda Okerlund Obituary
In Beloved Memory of Linda Sue Okerlund. Born September 18, 1951 in Battle Creek, she passed away March 26, 2025. A loving and gentle mother to Michelle Stemaly, Brad Allen and Shannon Okerlund. Linda enjoyed reading God’s word and sharing her love for God. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ida Porter; her stepfather, Ray Porter; and two sisters, Valerie and Dennise. Linda was also preceded in death by her grandson, Blake Fulton, who brought her much Joy! She also enjoyed holidays and cooking & baking for friends.
She is already missed. Until we see each other in Heaven.
Amen.
A Celebration of Linda’s Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Cremation Preneed Care, Battle Creek. Personal messages for the family and favorite memories of Linda may be placed at www.farleyestesdowdle.com.
