Linda M. Sebastianelli

Linda Sebastianelli, age 74, of Binghamton, NY, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on July 16, 2023, after a long, courageous battle with brain cancer that she faced with dignity and grace. She is predeceased by her parents Janet and Walter Gorman. She is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Robert Sebastianelli; Brother Dave (Micky) Gorman of Windsor, NY; Her children, Cristin (Todd) Plourde of Binghamton, NY, Amy (Todd) Francone of Bedford, MA, Kristen (Bill) Green of Fairport, NY, David (Britt) of Endicott, NY. Her cherished grandchildren that brought her endless joy, Nathan and Noah Plourde, Nicholas and Lucas Francone, Andrew, Brandon, and Hannah Green, Natalee and Eli Sebastianelli, and Madilynn and Logan Sharpe. She is also survived by her nephews, Chad Gorman and Kyle (Katie) Gorman, as well as many cousins and close friends. Linda worked in Human Resources for several years, beginning at Singer Link and retiring from Security Mutual. She was known for her patience, kindness, hard work, and dedication in all that she did. Above all she will be remembered for her beautiful smile that would light up a room. Even after her diagnosis, she remained positive and relied on her strong faith that helped her to live life to the fullest for nearly seven years. Family and friends were everything to Linda, she was known for her planning of family events and holidays, loved vacationing, and enjoyed watching her grandchildren's sporting events. Linda loved being on the golf course and doing yoga. She leaves us with countless memories and is an inspiration for us all.
A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated on Friday 10am from St. Francis of Assisi Parish1031 Chenango St. Binghamton. Burial will be in Windsor Village Cemetery. The family will receive friends at THOMAS J.
