Linda H. Simpkins, 72, of Granite city, IL, born November 5, 1952, in East St. Louis, IL and passed away at her home on September 27, 2025.

Linda loved her family and enjoyed the time she spent with them, especially playing with her great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Milton J. and Rosalie (nee Hale) Strong; her great-granddaughter, Nylah Rosalie; and her brother, Paul Strong.

Surviving are her children, Dana (Jarrod) French-Eiden of Maryville, IL and Andrew Adams of Granite City, IL; grandchildren, JP (Bri) Brennan of Edwardsville, Il and Skylar (Robert Anderson) Brennan of Caseyville, IL; great-grandchildren, Camden, Grayson and Jaxon Brennan and Lylah Anderson; her sister Carol (Don) Whiteside of Godfrey, IL; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Memorials may be made to Harris Cemetery Association of Jarvis Township, P O Box 275, St. Jacob, IL 62281. Online expressions of sympathy may be made at www.Richesonfh.com

Linda requested a private family burial service at Harris Cemetery.
