Linda Lee Staley, age 85, was called home on Monday, September 1, 2025. She was born December 7, 1939, to Paul and Betty Vance, both preceded her in death. On September 16, 1956, she married D. Kent Staley, who preceded her in death.
Linda retired from Interim Health Care. She was a member of Rousculp Church of Christ where she had been involved in the music ministry, missions committee and Ladies Aid.
She is survived by two daughter – Cyndy (Greg) Dungan and Lisa (Steve) Maxwell both of Lima; a son – Kent Allen (Julie) Staley of Lima; five grandchildren – Josh Swaim, Missy Maxwell, Steve P. Maxwell, Tyler Staley, and Collin Staley; 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren; siblings – Jo Ann Akers, Bill (Barb) Vance, Kathy (Robert) Brown, and Stephen (Kristi) Vance and a brother-in-law – Herb Elwood.
The family would like to thank Linda's special care givers Wilma, Linda, Glenda, and Kim.
A private family service will be held.
The family asked that memorial contributions be made to the Rousculp Church of Christ 890 Amherst Road Cridersville, Ohio 45806. The gifts will be forwarded to the Mashoka Mission in Zimbabwe, a mission dear to her heart.
