Linda Lou (Games) Stark, age 87, of Crawfordsville, passed away on March 28, 2026, at Whitlock Place surrounded by her family. She was born in Bloomington on March 16, 1939, to Donald and Ruby (Cassity) Games.
Linda graduated from Bainbridge High School in 1957. She married Robert Monroe Stark on June 28, 1976, he preceded her in death on April 5, 1991. Linda dedicated her career to Indiana Bell, where she served as an operation clerk, retiring in 1994. She was a board member for Telephone Pioneers, for over 30 years.
Linda had a mischievous sense of humor that brought joy to everyone around her. She was passionate about giving back to her community, volunteering her time with the Special Olympics and supporting those around her. She found joy in watching Hallmark movies 24/7, water aerobics, and had a love for bowling, dining at Red Lobster, and attending IU basketball games and the Covered Bridge Festival.
Linda's heart was full when she was surrounded by her family. She especially treasured moments spent with her great-niece, Ally and great-nephew, Van, hosting sleeping overs where they would watch old movies together. Linda also loved traveling and creating lasting vacation memories with her family and friends.
Linda is survived by her siblings; Charlie Games and Pam (Ronnie) Robbins: nieces and nephew, Cathy Marks, Connie (Dave) Casselman, John (Liz) Lacy, and Amy (Chad) Johnson; great-niece, Ally (Kole) Bort; and many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
