Four Oaks, NC: Mrs. Linda Elizabeth Beasley Temple, age 83, of Temple Road passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield surrounded by her loving family. Funeral Services will be 11:00AM Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Four Oaks. Burial will follow in Four Oaks City Cemetery in Four Oaks, NC. Rev. Eddie White will officiate.
Mrs. Temple was born on November 12, 1940 in Johnston County, NC to the late Alex and Gladys McCall Beasley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Lee Temple, Sr.; a son, Dean Ward Temple; and several sisters and brothers. She was a homemaker, and retired from Fieldcrest Mills in Smithfield. Mrs. Temple was a believer of "it's going to be okay" because of her faith in the Lord. She loved her children, grandchildren, and her fur babies very much.
Survivors include her children, Carl Lee Temple, Jr. and wife, Barbara, Tammy Ragan and husband, Jody, and Sammy Temple; grandchildren, Josh Temple and wife, Mandi, Jeremiah Barefoot, Ashley Temple, Joseph Barefoot and wife, Mykala, Elizabeth Upchurch and husband, Brian; great-grandchildren, Nevaeh Vazquez, Grace Barefoot, Layla Barefoot, Heaven Vazquez, Jaxson Lee Temple Vasquez, and Ansley Barefoot.
The family will receive friends from 6:00PM to 8:00PM on Monday, December 4, 2023 at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks.
