(nee Chillura) On May 11, 2025, of Franklinville. Age 78. Beloved wife of the late Gerald F. Tierno. Devoted mother of Michelle Milligan (Kenneth) and Marcia Tierno. Loving grandmother of Chelsea. Dear sister of Marie Chillura.
Linda J. Tierno was a wonderful woman who was loved very much by her family and friends. She faced many challenges in her life with dignity and a positive attitude. She loved being around people and once she met you, you were ingrained in her memory forever. She always knew your name and asked how you were doing. She loved to try new recipes, shop, watch old cowboy shows on METV and enjoyed her daily soap operas.
She worked at Delsea Regional High School and the Middle School for 34 years. She loved feeding the many kids in our community.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, and always found time to listen and lend support when we needed her. She will be missed and loved forever! May God bless her and keep her in his loving arms for eternity.
Family and friends are welcome to attend her visitation Saturday, May 24th 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Funeral service 11:00 AM. Inurnment Gloucester County Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Linda's memory may be made to The National Kidney Foundation.
