Mrs. Linda Christian Trivette, age 68, of Westfield, passed away Monday, September 29, 2025, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Trivette was born in Forsyth County, on April 19, 1957, to the late Harry Thomas and Faye Jackson Christian. Linda spent most of her career helping victims of domestic violence as well as helping those in need. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother “Meme”, and friend. She cherished every moment she was able to spend with her grandchildren. She was an amazing cook and was a faithful member of Westfield Baptist Church. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Surviving is her husband, Brent Matthew Trivette; a son and daughter-in-law, Matthew Hutchens and Brooke; grandchildren, Kallie Hutchens, Wyatt Hutchens, Briggs Hutchens; and a special friend, Jessie Parsons. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care for loving support provided to Mrs. Trivette during her illness. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Trivette was preceded in death by her brother, Randall “Randy” Thomas Christian. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 3:00 PM at Westfield Baptist Church with Pastor Blake Bowman and Reverend Rickey Rogers officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. The family will received friends on Friday, October 3, 2025, at the Westfield Baptist Church from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy has been entrusted with the arrangements.
