Linda C. Vickers, 78, passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on August 19, 2025. She was surrounded by family.
Linda is survived by her sister and brother in law, Kay and Robert Britton of Kopperl, brother Tim Baldree and wife Suzanne of Freeport. She is survived by three children; Stephanie and husband Shane Fulmer of Alabama, Ronnie Whitley of Granbury and Marcie Whitley of Burleson.
Linda was proceeded in death by her parents, Milton and Vera Baldree of Fort Worth, brother Gene Baldree of Granbury and Gerald Baldree of Arlington.
Linda was known as Gram and Grammie to many.
Linda enjoyed watching and tending to all animals. We joked she liked them better than people and she would emphatically agree. In her last week of life on this planet earth, Mom filled herself with all the junk food and fruit that she loved. Linda was excited to meet Jesus face to face and told her caregivers that she was getting the better end of the deal.
There will be a dessert brunch in her home in Alabama to honor all who took such amazing care of her and supported her in her last days. We are so appreciative of the memories made of her sass and her kindness she made with each of you. We love that you loved her.
