Linda Velma Dye West, 75, of Benton Arkansas passed away Sunday, February 26, 2023.
Linda was born in Piggott Arkansas on May 4, 1947, to the late Edgar J. and Elizabeth Irene Dye.
After graduating from Orange High School in Orange California, she married Donald M. West in 1966.
Linda was a faithful Christian and a member of Fairview Park Church of Christ of Little Rock. She worked for State Farm Insurance for 25 years before retiring. Linda was a devoted mother and Nana who cherished spending time with her family. She loved to play tennis with all her tennis buddies and spent countless hours creating handmade gifts for family and friends. A highlight each year was an annual "Girls Trip" to Gulf Shores, Alabama with a group of her closest friends. Also dear to her heart was her "Sister Time" with Janet and Michelle.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years; her two sons, Jeffrey S. West of Alexander, and Jeremy D. West of Benton; three granddaughters, Olivia, Victoria, and Griffin. She also leaves behind two sisters, Janet Wall (Lynn) of Bull Shoals, and Michelle Elkins of White Hall, as well as her sister-in-law, Deborah West of Yorba Linda, California, many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Funeral service will be Thursday, March 2, 2023, 2:00 p.m. at Ralph Robinson and Son funeral chapel. Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. until service time.
