Linda L. (Caudell Becker) York was born on July 16, 1956. She passed away on Sept. 20, 2025 at the age of 69. Linda was the daughter of Howard Hopkins Sr. and Dollie L. (Hendrix) Caudell. She married Ivan Becker and they divorced. She married David York on December 28, 1983 and they later divorced. She had 3 daughters, Christina Becker and significant other Chad Minor, Tiffany Becker and fiance' Tim Miller and Charity York and significant other Montez Jones and an honorable daughter Casey Ary and husband Johnny. She had 13 grandkids, Tyler (Melanie), Courtney (Sonny), Kayla, Joshua (Iris), Cody (Rebecca), Dollie (Nigel), Makayla, Dayton, Hope, Brendan, Faith (Vaughncia), Bryan and Aaron. She had 20 great-grandkids with 2 more on the way. 5 brothers, Carl, Raymond, Gary Caudell, Tommy and Kenny Powell. 2 sisters, Dottie Hollis, Bonnie (Rick) Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents, David York, sisters, Rosie Hudson, Betty Wood, Mary Vaughen and an infant sister, Debbie, brothers, Elvin, Nolen, George, Floyd, David, Howard Hopkins Jr and 2 great grandkids, Carlos Gerald Barnes Jr. and Heavenly Raelynn Walker. Linda will forever be remembered for her BINGO yelling, but most of all her love of cooking. Whenever you entered her home, you wasn't going home hungry. There was always a seat at her table. Private services will be held at a later date. Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home at 235 North Sycamore Street in Centralia, IL 62801 (618) 532-3523, is honored to be of service to Linda's family.
