Lindsey Scott Allen, age 35, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 22, 2024.

She was born on June 15th, 1989. She married RyanLynn (Crane) Allen in 2016. She was the most proud mother of Ryan Scott Allen (6) and Parker Ann Allen (4), the lights of her life.

She was the daughter of Scott Allen and Christy Margeson Allen.

She is survived by her wife, children, parents, step-mother, Angela Meyer; her father and mother in law, John and Marybeth Crane, and multiple siblings, Nick Meyer (Dalia), Jazmin Knighton (Jules), Nya Allen-Meyer, and Lavone Heidelberg, a brother in law, John Crane; her aunt, Carol Bruch; her adored niece, Jalena; plus multiple aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and a very pampered Chihuahua named King Tut.

She was a graduate of Penn State Behrend with a B.A. in English and Women’s Studies. She was a graduate of Strong Vincent High School, where she was a devoted member of the Army ROTC.

She was preceded in death by her Mother in law, Valerie Davis-Crane, and Grandmother, Violet Margeson, and Grandparents, Al and Margaret Allen.

Lindsey had a light about her and a very contagious smile. She was a caring, creative soul with a love for her children, family and friends, books, and animals. She had a smart and fun sense of humor. She will be sadly missed by those who loved and knew her.

Services will be held privately. Arrangements and online condolences entrusted to Burton Quinn-Scott Funeral Home, West Ridge, 3801 West 26th St., Erie, PA.
