Lindsey Louise Stadden

Lindsey Louise Stadden, age 37, passed away with her husband by her side on Saturday, December 3rd, 2022, at Rush University Hospital after relentlessly battling breast cancer.
Lindsey attended Rock Island High School, in Rock Island, Illinois. She received her B.S. and Masters in Accounting Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Lindsey relocated to Chicago in 2008, where she worked her way up to Senior Tax Associate at CBIZ, MHM before joining Arthur Hill & Co., a private equity firm in Evanston. Over a decade at AHC Funds, Lindsey obtained her Certified Public Accountant license and rose to CFO.
It was during her daily commute on the bus that Noah Jacob Stadden caught her eye. After several months, she worked up the courage to hand him a business card in 2011. They were inseparable ever since. Noah and Lindsey "Louise" got married in Chicago on September 17th, 2016, and have resided in Chicago's Andersonville neighborhood since 2020.
The love they shared and the team they formed took them on travels all over the world enjoying great food and culture. Their most memorable travels included Italy, Spain, and a recent trip to Maine. Lindsey loved viewing sunrises and sunsets on their travels, and shared a crisp morning sunrise in Acadia National Park with Noah just two months ago.
Lindsey will be remembered by her faith in Jesus Christ, giving heart, strong will, consistent positive energy, and beauty. She was smart, compassionate, and quite the dancer and singer! She even sang a capella to her husband on their wedding day.
Beloved daughter of Cynthia Bawmann Lewison of Rock Island, Illinois and Mark (Kathy) Greenleaf of Highland Park, Illinois. Loving granddaughter of Janet "Grammer" and Donald "Popper" Bawmann and the late Mary and Robert Greenleaf.
Fondest daughter-in-law of Grace and Gary Stadden, sister-in-law of Heather Stadden (Luis Zaman) and Josh Stadden.
Memorial services are being planned.
