Lindy Trotter Stanga was born November 13, 1969, in Hammond. She passed away April 30, 2025, in St. Francisville. Lindy graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a bachelor’s degree in education and was a former teacher. She is survived by her son, Logan Ponvelle, father, John W. Trotter; stepmother, Marie Trotter; sister, Christy Linder, and her husband, Brian; and a nephew, Grayson Linder. Lindy is preceded in death by her mother, Evelyn Efferson Broussard. Visitation will be at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, Sunday, May 4, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. until religious services at 3:00 p.m. conducted by Rev. Randy Ray. A private interment will follow in Rose Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Gideon’s International, P. O.
