She was born September 28, 1962, daughter of Elizabeth "Libby" Wallace Bowman and the late Robert Bowman, Sr.
She graduated from West Virginia Northern with her registered nurse degree then from Wheeling Jesuit University with her BSN. Working while being in school, she would often have to take her daughter, Julie, to class as she was a single mom. Lisa always made sure she went above and beyond to provide for her daughter. She was an amazing nurse, a great friend and an even better mother.
After her last retirement, she enjoyed her pool in the summers, traveling, a good cup of coffee made by her husband Randy, thrifting with her daughter, Julie, and sister, Heidi, watching murder/mystery shows, canning fruits and vegetables and cooking for anyone who stopped by her house.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Jamie Renee Moore, who she has been anxiously waiting to see again; grandmothers, Betty Strembel and Dorothy Wallace; and sister-in-law, Dr. Mary Frances Archey.
In addition to her mother, she leaves behind a devoted husband, William "Randy" Archey; her best friend and daughter wrapped all-in-one, Julie (Greg Phillips) Francis; stepdaughters, Olivia (John Hazel) Archey, Rose Archey and Heather (Tobias Stewart) Archey; stepsons, David (Kayla) Smith and William Archey II; sisters, Heidi Kins, Mandi (Jeff) Vaonakis and Marlana "Marci" (George "Burnie") Yoho; brothers, Robert Bowman II and Jude (Nicole) Bowman; sister-in-law, Rhonda Archey; brothers-in-law, Rick Archey, Rodd Archey, Russ (Debroah) Archey, Robert (Tina) Archey and Roger (Stacey) Archey; a host of nieces and nephews; many grandchildren, both blood and not; and the sassy Shih-Tzu, Sam.
The family would like to thank those who have helped care for her during the last few years, the 3rd floor & ICU staff at Wheeling Hospital, especially Mya McAllister.
Per Lisa's wishes, there will be no services.
Entombment in Halcyon Hills Memorial Gardens Mausoleum will be held at the convenience of the family.

Many thoughts and prayers to Randy, Julie and family. She will be missed on Lower Sorghum Ridge. Next summer won't be the same not seeing her floating in her pool everyday. Thinking of you all.
