He was born October 22, 1966, son of Sandra McDaniel Conley and the late James Conley.
Rick was a graduate of John Marshall High School and West Liberty College.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, Todd (Maria) Conley; and aunts and uncles.
Per Rick's request, there will be no visitation or service.
