Mrs. Melissa "Lisa" Sue Culpepper Boleman, age 61 of Reed Creek School Road, Hartwell passed away Monday, April 14, 2025 at her residence.
A daughter of David Culpepper and the late Betty Sue Lusk Culpepper, she was born October 20, 1963 in Stephens County, Georgia, having lived most of her life in Franklin and Hart Counties. She owned and operated Maid for You. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. She loved being outdoors, listening to music and enjoyed her family and friends and loved her little dog, Smokey. She will be remembered for her warmth, laughter, smile, and unwavering devotion to her family. She was a pillar of strength, always there to offer a listening ear and comforting embrace and above all, she loved. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Culpepper.
Survivors include her father, David Culpepper of the home; husband, Bruce Boleman of the home; daughter, Bridget Ramsey of Carnesville; sister, Tammy Culpepper of Florida; two brothers and sister-in-law, Stan and Bridgett Culpepper of Toccoa and Rusty Culpepper of Carnesville; grandchildren, Brayden and Bristol Ramsey; sister-in-law, Beth (Greg) Howell of Hartwell; brothers-in-law, Bill Boleman (Daria) and Brad Boleman both of Hartwell.
Funeral services will be Saturday, April 19, 2025, 11 a.m. at Liberty Baptist Church with The Reverend Stacey Penland officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Bill Boleman, Gavin Boleman, Greg Howell, Tanner Sanders, Tim Sanders and Allen Madden.
The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Friday, 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.acree-davisfh.com.
Flowers are optional. Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
Interment will follow in the New Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory in charge of the arrangements for Melissa "Lisa" Culpepper Boleman.
