Lisa Gale "Richter" Flaharty

Lisa Gale (Richter) Flaharty, of Red Lion, entered into rest at her home on Friday, September 5, 2025, at the age of 68. She was the loving wife of Dirk M. Flaharty.

Born in Abington, Pennsylvania, on April 30, 1957, Lisa was the daughter of Nancy E. (Bean) Richter, of Stuart, Florida, and the late William H. Richter III. Lisa dedicated her life to her family as a homemaker. She enjoyed spending her days watching her favorite shows, especially General Hospital, and had a special love for classic films, her favorite being Young Frankenstein. She also cherished time at the beach.

Along with her husband and mother, Lisa is survived by her two daughters, April E. Billett and her husband, Cory, of Brogue, and Dana J. Flaharty of Columbia.

Services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Wagner-Elfner and Burg Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion, is assisting the family with arrangements.
