Lisa Kay Sharp Cabe, 66, of Asheville, NC, passed away on Monday, May 5, 2025.
A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late J.B. Sharp and Gladys Deaver Sharp. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by sisters, Susan (as an infant) and Glinda Jenkins; and a daughter, Jessica. Lisa worked for Asheville ENT and Asheville Eye where she met many people and formed forever friendships. She had no biological children but she raised two families.
Left to cherish Lisa's memory are her brother, Sam Sharp (Patricia); a very special young lady, her daughter, Shianne Harlan; niece, Leigh Anne Jenkins Collins; three grand nieces, Amanda, Ashley, and Allison; her special friend and caregiver, Madina Jolly; along with numerous friends who all loved her dearly.
A Celebration of Lisa's life will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 3 pm at Smoky Mountain Cremations and Funeral Service in Maggie Valley. The family will receive friends from 2:30 – 3:00 pm prior to the service.
