Terry Calvin Crouse
Terry Calvin Crouse passed away peacefully on October 8, 2025, at Smoky Mountain Rehab and Nursing Facility in Lake Junaluska, NC.
Terry was born December 7, 1946, in Lincoln County to the late Gaither and Mary Elene Crouse of Belmont, NC. He is also preceded in death by his son, Jeremy Kristian Crouse and his beloved cat, Rascal.
Terry grew up in Gastonia, NC and was a chemical engineer and general contractor. He served in the US Navy, loved sailing, Scuba Diving, Woodworking, NASCAR and volunteered training Boy Scout troops and youth groups about gun safety.
He is survived by his sister Penny Armstrong (Rodger) of Maggie Valley, NC nieces Hailey Stacy (Tommy) of Cramerton, NC Julia Kauffmann (David) of Helena, MT, great nieces Saylor, Piper and River Stacy and great nephew Wade Kauffmann.
A family visitation and Celebration of Terry's life will take place October 25, 2025, at 2:00 pm. A private family burial will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Four Seasons Hospice of Flat Rock, NC
Smoky Mountain Cremations and Funeral Service of Maggie Valley is caring for the family
