Lisa Perkins Obituary
Born on March 23, 1974, in Geneva, Ohio. In recent years, she returned home to care for her ailing parents. Only days after the passing of her father, she experienced a sudden medical event that led to her own passing.
Lisa had big dreams and a hopeful spirit. She was known for her beautiful smile, warm laugh, and generous heart. She especially found joy in cooking for others - preparing meals was one of the many ways she showed love and brought people together. Her dedication to family and unwavering support will be remembered always.
She is survived by her siblings, Maria, Stephen, and Gregory, along with extended family members and friends who will deeply miss her presence.
A joint Celebration of Life honoring Lisa and her father, Stephen "Buzz" Perkins, will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Mennonite Providence Church, 5363 Old Providence Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia. A reception will follow in the church fellowship hall.
