Lisa M. Robinson, 62, of Danbury, died peacefully on Friday, November 1, 2024.
Lisa was born in Poughkeepsie, NY on November 24, 1961; a daughter of the late Elijah and Emma (Lennox) Robinson.
A longtime Danbury resident, Lisa was a member of the Facilities and Maintenance staff at Western Connecticut State University; a position she held for nearly 25 years. Previously, Lisa worked at the Holiday Diner, also in Danbury. Outside of work, Lisa enjoyed time spent with her grandkids and their families, as well as her dogs and all things purple.
Lisa is survived by her two children: Anthony Robinson and his wife, Mary and Stephanie Turner and her husband, Shane. Lisa is also survived by her 11 grandchildren: Austin M. Tanner, David L. Tanner Jr., Justin M. Tanner, Sieonna A. Robinson, Tina-Marie Robinson, Emma-Marie Moses, David M. Moses, Kaleb A. Turner, Amiya Ramos, Wendy Ramos and Adian Ramos. In addition, Lisa is also survived by her sisters; RoseMarie Owen, Debra Molinaro and her husband Peter as well as her nieces and nephews; Jessica Sotiro, Barbara Robinson. Bonnie Davis, Jessica Ray, Steven Ray and great-nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home; 9 Granville Avenue, Danbury. Interment will take place privately.

I met you at the Diner..Curly blonde hair,,Purple rimmed glasses.Every Sunday was busy,among the mayhem you never faltered.I enjoyed our dinners and movies together..Talking on the phone, texting..We talked about how our days were going,,things we were going to do,,,And now you are gone..Please watch over us especially your grand babies that you loved so much...
