Lizzie Mae Wright

Lizzie Mae Wright, daughter of the late Emery and Clara Bentley was born at Mayking, Kentucky January 4, 1930. She entered eternal life Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at Letcher Manor being 96 years, 2 months and 7 days of age at her passing.

Lizzie Mae's journey on this earth was marked by unwavering faith in God, love of Family and Friends. Her passing has left a void in the hearts of her Family, Friends and Community whose lives were touched by her.

Lizzie Mae was married to Charles Melvin Wright for 53 years at Melvin's Passing in 1998. Lizzie Mae was a member of Thornton Old Regular Baptist Church at Mayking, Kentucky. After She retired from Hobb's 5 and 10 her hobbies were Quilting, Flowers and many forms of Arts and Crafts.

Lizzie Mae is survived by her Son Darius and his wife Sheila of Arab, Alabama. Preceded in death by her Daughter Janet Albright in 2025 of Madison, Alabama. She is survived by Three Grandsons, Richard and Rob Swagert, Chris Albright; Three Grand Daughters; Stephanie Wright, Lauren King and Jessica Miller; Six Great Grandchildren, Zach, Katie, Christopher, Ryan, Jacob and Ronan; Three Great Great Grandchildren, Ryder, Elijah and Maci. She was preceded in death by her Grandson Greg Wright in February 2026.

Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
