Lloyd Raymond Flickinger

Lloyd Raymond Flickinger passed away peacefully surrounded by family and loved ones on December 9, 2025, at the age of 82. Lloyd was born August 3rd, 1943, to Lawerence and Wanita Rose Flickinger in Youngtowns,Ohio. After his mother's, passing in 1959, Lloyd gained a stepmother, Jesse Otto Flickinger. Lloyd is preceded in death by his parents and his five brothers: John, Kenneth, Thomas, Dick Flickinger, and Fred Otto. He is survived by his sister, Janet Flickinger Revynak.

Lloyd married the love of his life, Sharon Terry, They were married for 56 wonderful years until Sharon's passing on February 7, 2023. The two have one beloved daughter, Wendy Flickinger.

Lloyd served his country in the United States Navy as an aircraft electrician, and he is a Vietnam Veteran. Following his derive, Lloyd had a long and fulfilling career in the Oversized, Overweight Heavy Haul Trucking industry. He was known nationwide in this industry.

There was nothing that Lloyd loved more than family well except for racing and the Dallas Cowboys, and UA Wildcats. He was lovingly known as "Pa" by his three grandchildren, Leann, Heather, and Joshua, as well as his 6 great grandchildren Embrie, Eland, Raiden, Evie, Chloe and Eli. In addition, he leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and great nephews that all love him dearly.
