Lloyd Riddle Obituary
Mr. Lloyd Allen Riddle, age 73, of Franklin, KY passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at 12:36 am at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 12, 2024 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and from 6:00 am until funeral service time Friday at Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 13, 2024 at 11:00 am with burial to follow in Sulphur Fork Church Cemetery in Sumner Co., TN.
Lloyd was born November 18, 1951 in Macon Co., TN to the late Marion Riddle and the late Nellie (Tuttle) Riddle. He was preceded in death by his wife Josephine McClellan Riddle and 5 siblings, Paul Riddle, Frank Riddle, Barnettie McCoy, Vonnie Graves and Mary Elizabeth Riddle
He is survived by 2 children, Jennifer Riddlesmith (Daniel) of Louisville, KY and Billy Riddle of Franklin, KY; 3 siblings, Barbara Farmer of Franklin, KY, Peggy Crump of Franklin, KY and Judy Crabtree of Portland, TN; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Lloyd was a 1969 graduate of Franklin-Simpson High School. He worked at Hills Pet Nutrition in Bowling Green, KY until his disability. He was an avid UK fan, loved basketball and football and loved all different kinds of music.
