Douglas Riddle

Douglas Hamilton Riddle, 57, of Holts Summit, Missouri, passed away on February 7, 2026.

Douglas was born on September 14, 1968 and was the son of Gary Riddle and Patrica Marr.

Douglas Attended Jefferson City High School afterwards joining the workforce with Fisher Pools, Winn-Nelson, and Blue World Pools.

Douglas will be remembered for his deep love of family and the simple joys that brought him happiness throughout his life. He truly cherished spending time with those closest to him, whether it was gathering together to watch television shows or just enjoying one another's company. Those moments meant everything to him.

Douglas had a special passion for golf, a hobby he genuinely enjoyed and looked forward to whenever he could. Whether playing or talking about the game, golf was one of the things that brought him relaxation and joy.

A devoted fan of racing and sports, Douglas admired the legacy of Dale Earnhardt and followed racing with great enthusiasm. Sports of all kinds were a constant interest, often sparking conversation and connection with family and friends.

Above all else, Douglas was a family man. His love for his family was evident in how he chose to spend his time, and those shared moments will be treasured by all who knew him. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

Douglas is Survived by his Father, Gary Riddle (Diane), Brothers, Dennis Fisher (Linda), Zach Riddle, Significant Other, Tiffany Hargis, Son, Skyler Hargis, Daughter; Kayanna Brant, Nieces and Nephews, Brock Duck, Slone Duck, Nikki Piles, and Stephanie Fisher.

He was preceded in death by his Mother; Patrica Riddle, and Sister, Deborah Bates.

In lieu of flowers; Memorial contributions are suggested to the Jefferson City Animal Shelter at 2308 Hyde Park Road, Jefferson City, Mo 65109.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
