It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Logun Thomas Lambert, our beloved Son, Brother, Friend, and Partner, who left this world too soon on March 22, 2025 at the age of 28.
Logun was born in
Boise, Idaho on April 1, 1996, which was fitting because our boy loved a good prank. Logun grew up in the Treasure Valley before heading east for college at Idaho State University, where he graduated in 2017. His lifelong dream was to work for Skywest, and he signed on as an aircraft mechanic there shortly after graduation and he continued to work there for the remainder of his life.
Surviving Logun are his partner in life, Laura Wilburn, his mother Dawn Lambert and his father Trever Lambert with Stepmother Ashley Brennan, his sister Riley Brennan, and his grandparents Gloria "Peanut" and Rick Henson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and his dog Rosie that all love him dearly. If Logun was here today, even he would not be able to write down all of the names that should be on this list.
Logun was preceded in death by his siblings Baby "A" (1.3.2001) and Kooper Daniel Lambert (11.7.2001 - 9.9.2003).
Logun never met a stranger. He could piss you off in one breath and have you laughing in the next. He would make fun of us for saying so, but he truly lit up a room. He went out of his way to find the light in every single situation. Logun conquered everything that he set his mind to. From childhood on, he was a dedicated motorsports connoisseur. He would ride anything, from dirtbikes, 4 wheelers, snowmobiles, to mountain bikes and jet skis. Recently, Logun and Laura made plans to climb all of the 12,000 foot peaks in Idaho, and they started with Diamond Peak. Logun bushwhacked his way up their 13 mile "practice" run on McGowan Peak in the Sawtooths.
Logun was an avid outdoorsman and an accomplished traveler. He did not believe in down time. He wanted to fill his days with love and adventure. When you joined Loguns circle, you immediately became family. He loved tremendously and with his whole heart.
