Lois loved the Lord and loved going to church. As long as her children were at home, she made sure they attended church as well. She was an excellent seamstress and cook. Lois was famous for her handmade dresses, fried chicken, iced tea, and Christmas punch. She loved to receive family and always made sure to have a fresh batch of brownies and a cold glass of milk ready. It was always a fun time with grandma. Her room was filled with doll houses, cars, and toy trucks in the bay window. The great grands always had a ball sitting on the floor playing while grandma watched from her chair. She would often play dolls with Annabelle Grace, have a “happy meal” with Jack and cuddle with the twins, Journey and Blakely. Lois was overflowing with enough love for all. Her legacy of eternal love and Christian values will continue for many generations to come.
