She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Carl Wimsatt; nephew, Michael Wayne Wimsatt; and mother-in-law, Kitty Leake.
She is survived by her husband, Glen "Boss" Leake, of Cox's Creek; daughter, April (Seth) Tepe; two grandchildren, Lily Tepe and Lincoln Tepe, all of Florence, Ky; mother, Lavon Taylor Wimsatt, of Fredericktown; two brothers, Charles Wayne (Jacky) Wimsatt, and Christopher Lynn (Lisa) Wimsatt; two sisters, Carlotta (Bobby) Cambron, all of Springfield, and Sherry (David) Brady, of Calvary; brother and sisters-in-law, Linda (Albertus) Smith, Steve (Sandy) Leake, all of Bardstown, Rhonda Mattingly, of New Haven, Martha Leake, of Bardstown, Anita (Dewayne) Smith, of Culvertown, Keith (Debbie) Leake, of Indiana, Tim (Barbara) Leake, of Bardstown, Seka (Donald) Auberry, of Indiana, and Cheryl (David) Downs, of Bardstown; and several nieces and nephews.
Her Funeral Mass will be 11 am Thursday, November 20, 2025 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Rev. Augustine Judd- O.P. officiating. Visitation will be 3 pm- 8 pm Wednesday November 19, 2025 at Barlow Funeral Home and 9 am - 10:15 am Thursday, November 20, 2025 at Barlow Funeral Home. A prayer service will be held at 7:30 pm Wednesday evening.
Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
