In loving memory of Lois Marie Stroker, 91, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, whose life was a testament to love, dedication, and family. She shared an extraordinary bond with her husband, John Stanley Stroker, Jr., spanning 71 years until his passing, and together they nurtured a family of five children, namely Charlene Sroka, John Stuart (Jay) Stroker, wife Patricia Stroker, Jeffrey M. Stroker, wife Gail Stroker, Kerri Lynn Stroker and Joshua A. Sroka, Esquire, wife, Sherry A. Sroka, 15 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. Growing up in Pawtucket, she was one of 9 children of Stewart Young Moody and Catherine (Coleman) Moody namely, Roberta Notargiacomo, William Moody, Donald

Moody, Judy Smith, Margaretta Major, Micheal Moody, Linda Black and Marcella Moody. Her role as a homemaker was infused with warmth and love, creating a haven of joy through her baking and cooking skills that were second to none.

Beyond her role as a care- giver, Lois contributed her talents to the family business, Fit 'N' Stitch, for 61 years and as achieving the level of Ruby in Amway. She enjoyed painting and crafts and finding adventure within the pages of spy novels and movies.

Lois was actively involved in her community, supporting causes close to her heart such as Rhode Island Special Olympics and was a member of the Red Hat Society for Women. Her generosity knew no bounds, expressed through her love language of gift- giving, which brought joy to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 17th, 2024 at Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence, R.I. from 4-7pm and burial was held on Tuesday, June 18th at Moshassuck Cemetery, 978 Londsdale Avenue, Central Falls, RI at 10:00 am.
