Mrs. Lois was born November 30, 1946 in Wisner, LA and passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2025 in Monroe, LA. She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Walker, Jr.; parents, Leon and Irene Evans; and siblings, Faye Hiers and Carolyn Davis.
Survivors include her son, Joseph Wayne Hanks (Nancy) of Anderson, SC; stepson, James "Jim" Walker, III (Patricia); siblings, Helen Netherland and Mary Carrington; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
Visitation will be 9:00 AM till 10:00 AM, Monday, November 24, 2025 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville, LA.
