Lolita "Lee" Lodding

Lodding, Lolita "Lee" (nee Pilotte); beloved wife of the late William F.; loving mother of David (Susan), Dean (Stephanie), Brian (Brenda), William Jr. (Paula), Diane (James) Lindeman and the late Kenneth; devoted grandmother of Matthew (Jolene), Christopher, Michael, Nicholas (Ashley), the late William, Liam, Kenneth (Julie) and Madison Christy; proud great-grandmother of Jacob, Ellie, Dartanian, and Bailey; dear sister of Mervin Pilotte, the late Eunice Natschke, and the late Leslie Pilotte; also many nieces and nephews. After raising six children, Lee embarked on a retail career at Sears where she worked for 20 years. Lee and Bill spent 18 years wintering in Arizona with her siblings enjoying golf and socializing with friends. She was a very spiritual person with a great sense of humor. A special thanks to the staff at Auberge Memory Care for the great care they provided. Visitation Friday, May 19, 2023 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at Modell Funeral Home, 7710 S. Cass Ave., Darien where a funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm. A private interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer's Association appreciated.
