Lonas Carroll, age 90 of Ashland City, passed away at home peacefully on March 21st, 2025. He is preceded in death by his mother, Emily Carroll; father, Sampson Carroll; brothers Jasper, Rulie, Verlie, and Ken Carroll; sisters Elsie Brummett, Ethel Daugherty, and Pearl Gibson; sons Harold Lee, Donald Ray, and Roger Freels. He is survived by wife, Elizabeth Carroll, daughters Patricia (Roger) Moore, Michelle (Clint) Anderson, Savannah Carroll (Brian Legere), Leta (Chris) Pease, Kathy Luckado, sons Doug (Jan) Freels, Stevie (Diane) Freels, Matthew, Toby, Timmy Hilton. Grandkids 27 and great grandkids 46 and great great grandkids 8. Visitation will take place at Boyd Funeral on Thursday, March 27th from 4p.m to 8 p.m. On Friday, March 28th, from 11a.m to the hour of service at 1p.m with pastor Tim Felts officiating. Active Pallbearers: Derrick Schutt, Dougie Freels, Timmy Freels, Joshua Moore, Tristan Warren, and Jeremy Warren. Officiant will be pastor Tim Felts. Interment follows at Joelton Memorial Garden.
