Loretta, the daughter of the late Ray Miller Babb and Annie Grady Babb, was born on January 1, 1947, in Christian Co. KY.
Loretta was a member of Oceanway Church in Jacksonville, FL. She was the Housekeeping Supervisor at Holiday Inn. In her spare time she enjoyed quilting and word search puzzles.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings; Ray Babb Jr, Gloria Babb, Lenora Heywood, Peggy Cheatham, and Roshelle Babb.
Survivors include her children; Jacqueline (Virgil) Radford Jr., Craig (Grace) Hinkle, Jermaine (Colene) Hinkle, and Mark (Angel) Hinkle; Siblings: Judy Stubb, Wanda Babb, Clifford (Corrine) Babb, James (Margaret) Babb, Glenn (Denise) Babb, and Ronnie (Susie) Babb; grandchildren, Virgil (Tre') Radford III, Nathaniel Radford, Lamar Moore, LaTorsha Tuck, Courtney Nickens, Craig Allen Tuck, Justine Mixon, Justin Mixon, Keimia Forrest, Marqise Ball-Hinkle, Jamal Hinkle, Alexus (Jamonte) Hinkle-Lee, Mark Hinkle Jr, Jazzln McGuire, and Jocelyn Biesboer; 16 great grands: Laron, Tate, Logan, Kameron, Jaydeep, Sage, Rani, Dash, Erin, Janessa, Xavier, Leala, Aniya, Abdual, Avianna, and Zariah; Devoted Friends: Guy and Annie Babb, and Willie Ann Glover; (Son-in-love), Vince Johnson
