Mrs. Loretta Jean Sanford, age 69, passed away October 29, 2024, at Ft Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville. She attended Walnut Hill Baptist Church in Harriman. Loretta loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Leonard & Bertha Woody.
Sister-in-law: Mary Ruth Woody.
She is survived by her 3 sons & daughters-in-law: Doug & Suzie Johnson, David Johnson & Paula Bracket, and Jon & Amber Johnson.
Brother: Carl Woody.
Five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
And many nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family will receive friends Friday November 1, 2024, at Walnut Hill Baptist Church in Harriman from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM with her son Bro. Doug Johnson officiating. Graveside services will follow in the Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be sent to Davis Funeral Home to help with expenses.
