Lorraine E. Bilodeau

Lorraine E. (Zangari) Bilodeau, 83, of Haverhill passed away June 28, 2024 at her residence with her loving family by her side.
She was born in Haverhill on October 6, 1940, daughter of the late Herbert and Lena (St. Laurent) Zangari.
Lorraine was a graduate of Haverhill High School with the Class of 1958.
She was a teacher's assistant at the John Greenleaf Whittier School in the Headstart program. She also worked at One Hour Martinizing Cleaners in Plaistow, NH for several years.
She was the President of the Women's Group at the Second Baptist Church, Haverhill, MA where her husband Donald was the Pastor for many years.
She taught and enjoyed ceramics along with doing many fairs throughout the city. She enjoyed cooking, playing whist, bingo and spending time with her family.
She was the wife of the late Rev. Donald W. Bilodeau, who passed away in 2018, mother of the late Ronald L. Daignault, who passed in 2013, Donald P. Bilodeau, Jr. who passed away in 2021.
Lorraine is survived by her children Dianne and her husband Gregory Brown of Danville, NH, Linda Greenwood and her fiancé Hank Comeau of Groveland, Michael Daignault, Linda Mercer and her partner Linda Tiernan of Kittery, ME, Debra Nicholson and her partner Deborah McLaughlin of Beverly, MA, Lisa and her husband Charles April of Somersworth, NH, Mark Bilodeau and his wife Cheryl of Kingston, NH, Kevin Bilodeau and his fiancée Hanna Gardemeister of Kensington, NH, her siblings Elizabeth Burns of Haverhill, Dolores Pacione of Plaistow, Patricia O'Connell of Haverhill, Carole Zangari of Haverhill and Cynthia Zangari of Haverhill; as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was also the sister of the late Kathleen Noyes, Constance David, Mary Anne Gucciardi, Herbert Zangari, Jr. Ronald Zangari, Michael Zangari, Richard Zangari and Pamela Zangari.
The family would like to thank Tufts Home Care including Eileen Arnold, April MacDonald and Jen for their compassionate care provided to Lorraine the past few months.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the calling hours on Friday, July 5th from 9:30-11:00 at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St. Haverhill. A funeral service will follow at the funeral home. Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery, Plaistow.
