Lorraine Devone Obituary
Lorraine was born on August 6, 1947, to the late Enrico and Adeline DiLauro in Camden, New Jersey. Lorraine dedicated over 30 years of hard work to J & J Snack Foods in Pennsauken, where she was known for her reliability and strong work ethic. Outside of work, she found her greatest joy in selflessly caring for her family; Lorraine was an amazing cook, continuing her mother's recipes such as homemade raviolis, a family favorite that brought everyone together.
Lorraine's heart belonged to her husband, Jerry Devone, Sr., and her beloved son, Jerry Devone, Jr. Her grandchildren, Sofia and Vincent, were the light of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them. She will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for her family.
Lorraine's warmth and gentle spirit touched everyone who knew her, and her memory will live on through the countless lives she brightened.
Lorraine is survived by her beloved husband, Jerry Devone Sr. Devoted mother to Jerry Devone Jr (Olivia), Cherished grandmother of Sofia and Vincent Devone, Treasured sister to Maria DiLauro. Lorraine was pre-deceased by her sister, Patricia Bowersock, her brother Robert DiLauro, and her parents: Enrico and Adeline DiLauro. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Lorraine's viewing on Wednesday, November 12th, 2025 from 10 am -12 pm, located at Gardner Funeral Home: 126 S Black Horse Pike, Runnemede, NJ.
Funeral Service to follow at 12 noon.
Interment will take place at Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 240 N Tuckahoe Rd, Williamstown, NJ.
