My angel, Lory Topper, was born on March 31, 1961, in Newark, New Jersey to James and Joyce Marzano (nee' Levin). Her husband, Gregory Joseph Topper, her eldest son Adam, Joshua Topper of Yuma, Arizona and her youngest son, Andrew Timothy Topper of Yuma, Arizona, their families, her sister, and her nieces survive her.
Lory is a private yet gracious soul who gave to others without hesitation. Strangers adored her. She approached them for just a casual conversation. Those conversations would typically last an hour or more. She was very sociable and loving. She would enjoy hearing the stories of their lives. Many of those strangers would later approach me and tell me that she was one of the sweetest persons they had met. Despite her social abilities, she led a very private life. She was totally devoted to her family. Her family met everything to her.
She gave me her soul as I gave her mine. The scriptures say that married people become one flesh. For forty-three years, I have experienced this phenomenon. We did everything together. We were each other's lives. I will sorely miss her. I will always treasure My Lord's gift of her in me and my sons' lives. Her light will always shine and burn in my heart. It will never be extinguished!
Boo, I will eternally love you and I can't wait to see you when I go to be with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18). I will love you forever my love. Maranatha (come quickly) Lord Jesus!
