Imo Lou Nesmith, age 75, of Ocala, Florida, passed away on February 16, 2026. She was born on January 15, 1951, in Kokomo, Indiana, the daughter of William and Roseanna Rogers.
She was a dedicated RN for nearly 35 years at the former Monroe Regional Medical Center, most notably serving as the manager of the ICU. Her passions included cooking, travel, and spending time with her family.
Left to cherish her memory are her beloved husband of 54 years, James Nesmith; daughters, Dana Barrish (Scott), Jessica Masker, and Jennifer O'Laughlin (Chris); sister, Deborah Dickson; and grandchildren Adyson, Eli, and Maggie.
A funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at First Baptist Church, located at 5151 NE 35th St, Silver Springs, FL 34488.
