Louis J Flamm, age 95, of the Western Hills neighborhoods of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Friday, August 29, 2025. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 6, 1930 to Louis E and Eleanor Flamm.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Mary Ann "Dolly" Flamm (nee Rehling), his step-mother, Clara Flamm and his sister, Shirley M (late Paul) Wittman.
Lou is survived by his children, Maryjo (late David) Flamm-Miller, Patti (Ken) Lyon, and Lou (Brigitte) Flamm. He is the grandfather of Andrew (Emily), Randy and Daniel and the great grandfather of Vivian and Colette. Lou was a long time friend of Patrick Lenihan and his family whom he cherished. Lou has many nieces and nephews that enriched his life.
Lou was a long time and faithful member of St Martin of Tours Church for 66 years. Lou was a proud US Army Korean War veteran.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 4, 2025 from 9:30 AM until the funeral mass at 10:30 AM at St Martin of Tours Church, Cheviot. Burial, with Military Honors, will follow in St Mary Cemetery-St. Bernard.
In lieu of flowers, In memory of Lou, contributions may be made to Johnson Charitable Gift Fund, 3777 West Fork Rd, Cincinnati (45247). The memo line of the check should read: The Friends of St Martin of Tours Cheviot Ohio Fund. Envelopes will be available at church during the visitation.
