Funeral services are 11:00 am Saturday, November 9, 2024 at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Farrell Cemetery. Visitation is from 9:00 am until 11:00 am Saturday at Culpepper Funeral Home in Kosciusko, MS.
Louis is survived by his wife Teresia Phillips, daughter Tracy Farrell (Chad), mother Vivian Phillips, sisters Vicky Terry (Frankie), Mary Jo Terry (Barry), and Martha Joyce McGivney, grandchildren Brittany Farrell, Justin Farrell, Caleb Boothe, and Hunter Boothe, and great-grandchild Mila.
He was a member of FBC Edinburg and a retired mechanic for several Chevrolet Dealerships.
Louis was preceded in death by his father Louis Phillips and daughter Amanda Boothe.
